Ordering
♥ All TheJewelTrove items are lovingly crafted and personally handmade by us, unless otherwise indicated (as in one-offs).There are only limited pieces available per item, so DO ACT FAST and EMAIL US to secure your item(s) before some fashionista beats you to it!

♥ Do clear all your doubts by emailing us or leaving us a comment in the post regarding the item before you place your order. We will try our best to attend to all enquiries ASAP within the next 24 hours.

♥ Please check your email inbox regularly as we will reply you within the next 24 hrs after we’ve received your email. If you have not yet received our reply by then, we could have missed you email so please do email us again.

♥ There might be a slight difference in the colours shown in the pictures due to different computers and resolutions.

♥ Please confirm your order(s) only if you are very sure of buying! All unresponsive customers will be blacklisted and barred from all future purchases. Customers who end up canceling confirmed orders will not be entitled to any future promotions.

♥ Even if there is a change of mind after confirming, please do inform us! Do not go missing! DEAD BUYERS WILL BE SPAMMED AND BLACKLISTED!!!

Payment T&Cs
♥ Due to the popularity of our creations, please transfer the stated amount within 2 days upon receiving our payment details email. Failure to do so will result in blacklisting as a dead buyer. In the case of a dead buyer, the item will be back on sale and all interested parties will be informed.

♥ For fast transactions, you can leave us your HP no. for speedy replies. Do note that our creations are sold on a first-come first-serve basis [Confirmed and Paid].

♥ Within our confirmation of your order, payment SHOULD be made within 2 days. If payment has not been made by then, your order will be cancelled and the item will be sold to the next interested buyer so as to be fair to all our beloved customers. You will be deemed a dead buyer and will be blacklisted by us. Your name, email and HP number will also be published online for all to spam!

♥ Payment is preferably by internet banking transfers or ATM transfers from all banks. Concealed cash will only be accepted at customers’ own risk. Items will only be mailed out after payment has been received. Upon receipt of payment, we will mail your item(s) out latest by 3 working days.

♥ Once payment is made, it means that strictly no refunds nor exchanges will be entertained. Please be very sure about the item(s) before purchasing. If there is any problem with the item, please do email me to let me know and we will try my best to rectify the situation.

♥ Prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable, unless subject to promotions, so please DO NOT BARGAIN. Any attempts to haggle will be ignored.

♥ Pouches and gift boxes are available at a small additional charge so do inform us when purchasing. We will be glad to package your item(s) lovingly for gift-giving!

♥ If both buyers are interested on the same day, the item will be let out to the highest offer.

♥ Reservations will only be available upon immediate payment if you are unable to collect your item within the stipulated period – 3 days max.

♥ If an item is pending, it means that we are still awaiting payment from the interested buyer. So, you can still email us if you are interested. Should the deal fall through or if we are re-making the item, we will contact you if you are next on the list.

♥ By contacting us in any way, be it emails, tagboard, commenting or other means, you are agreeable to us adding your email into our mailing list and for us to inform you regarding TJT matters.

Postage, Mailing and Handling
♥ All items will be sent via Regular Post if not stated, but Registered Post is highly recommended. Please note that should you opt for regular postage, we will not take any responsibilities for any missing posts or loss of any item(s). Thus, registered postage is always recommended.

♥ We are not liable for any damage to any packages posted out as we take pride in packaging all our outgoing packages securely and carefully. All outgoing parcels will be sent in sealed envelops and all items are checked and meticulously wrapped with bubble wrap packaging to ensure that they reach our customers in good condition.

♥ But should you find any problem with our packaging or if you have any suggestions or comments, do not hesitate to let us know via email so we can improve and serve you better! Alternatively, customers may opt for meet-ups if they wish.

♥ Delivery and shipping charges of items are as follows:

1. Postage (Regular / Registered)
2. [Charged the same as Regular Postage] Meetups only at our convenience (Date, timing and venue)
3. Courier (From $10 onwards) only at our convenience (Delivery Areas, date and timing)
4. International postage – Price Available Upon Request

♥ Combined shipping is definitely welcomed and charges will be advised accordingly. Postage costs are not fixed and are subject to changes, should items be abnormally large, bulky or heavy.

Meet-Ups
♥ Payment is to be made fully beforehand by bank transfer, unless we agree to a cash-on-delivery. Upon receiving of payment, we will then arrange meet-ups (Sengkang / Serangoon / AMK / Dhoby Ghaut) at a date, time and venue convenient to us.

♥ Customers asking for meet-ups must be able to fulfill them within 1 week. All timings and venues of meet-ups are strictly at our convenience. If you're unable to comply, please opt for postage instead.

♥ Meet-ups are available solely at our convenience and discretion. Meet-ups will be charged similar to Registered postage fees as it takes time and effort too, even more so than packaging and posting.

♥ If an item is popular, we may re-produce more of similar designs to cater to the demands of our beloved customers at our sole discretion, so please feel free to leave us your valuable comments or suggestions.

Customizations & Remakes
♥ All customisations are welcomed! Be it making subtle changes to the items we have already made or an absolutely new piece on its own, do email us for more information!

♥ Please be assured that customised items will definitely be ONE-OFF ITEMS to preserve their exclusivity. If you are looking for customizations, please do feel free to drop us an email with a description of your desired item!

♥ If you will like to personalise the design of an item (ie. changing the color of the crystals or using a different kind of charm etc), please send us an email with
“Subject: Customization of (item name)”
and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please indicate your budget and a description of the item to be customized, together with the look or theme that you are looking to.
♥ However, do note that customization may incur a slight increase in price due to the different materials used. In addition, a compulsory 50% (minimum) deposit is required before we start on designing your personalized item.

♥ Each customized piece is designed exclusively for our customer, so no remakes are possible. You may however choose to customize another piece with a similar concept.

♥ Remakes are possible at an additional $1 but are dependent on the availability of materials, so if you see some items with the SOLD tag, please do email us or leave your comment if you are interested in getting it as we might be able to remake it just for you!

Dead Buyers
♥ Dead buyers would be blacklisted! Personal details (Name, Email, HP number and Address) of dead buyers will be circulated, announced and spammed. Thus, please be 100% sure that you want our lovely creations before placing your email orders.

Please Note
♥ We reserve the right to reject any order(s) that we are not comfortable with at our sole discretion.
- If you have emailed us and are not sure why we have not reverted back, the reasons could be:
- We will not divulge our material sources.
- We will not do trades, exchanges, refunds, swaps or any attempts on price haggling.
- We will not re-make any item(s) that we already have reiterated as one-offs.
